Highly recommend!

This is a standout balsamic vinegar in my opinion. It's one more reason I go out of my way to support this small, sustainably focused business!

Love the dark balsamic. So glad I can get it in bulk, too.

Soooo good!

So rich and smooth. Never sharp. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I end up using much less per serving than I would with other balsamics I’ve used in the past. So satisfying.

Divine!

This dark balsamic is divine -- it's the stuff I normally get in a fancy restaurant with my bread course. It's sweet, tangy and complex the way balsamic is supposed to be, and completely renewed my faith in mankind. The crap I get from the store is usually just tart and one-dimensional.
