Loved it all! Thanks so much!
It’s almost too good to believe. An outstanding sherry vinegar that is inexpensive and comes in an airtight container for multiple use. I am hooked. Trying some of their other products now.
brings life to my dressings , little tart but great complement to any salad , try in chicken and tuna salads, yumm !!!
Ever since my source for real sherry vinegar retired and left me hanging I have been looking around for another source that had authentic vinegar from Jerez and didn't charge a kings ransom for it. I happened upon Saffi (thanks google) and thought I'd try it. Well, best decision I've made in a while, I guess. I use it on pretty much everything. Salads, cheeses(especially triple cream blues), strawberries, melon, peaches, grilled anything, asparagus, chicken, beef, salmon. Sweet, but not too, acidic, astringent but not too. Just right. I like Balsamic but it can get to be a little too much. Sherry Vin doesn't hide the flavor of whatever you sprinkle it on. And the price is right. Other sources charge $10-12.00 for a 14 oz bottle. I can blow through that in a week. I do suggest transferring it to a carafe or smaller bottle just for convenience sake and to make it less likely you will use too much. It doesn't take a whole lot to make a whole lot of difference.
