MINI BANANA OAT MUFFINS
1/3 cup Saffi Saana Avocado Oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup oat flour
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup white sugar 
2 teaspoons baking powder 
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup flaxseed powder
3 med ripe bananas
1 egg
¾ cup coconut milk 
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup apple sauce 

Instructions:
1. Combine all three parts together, gently fold the batter in until it’s well mixed 
2. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F
3. Grease mini muffin baking pan
4. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown
