Peach Old Fashioned

PEACH OLD FASHIONED
1 oz Saffi Saana White Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz Bourbon
1 peach, sliced
1 teaspoon agave (or sub honey or maple syrup)
2 basil leaves chopped
.5 oz club soda

Instructions:
1. Juice the peach slices into the smaller glass of a Boston shaker. Then add peach slices and muddle.
2. Add bourbon, Saffi Saana White Balsamic Vinegar, agave, chopped basil, and ice
3. Shake. Then add club soda
4. Strain into 2 low ball glasses
5. Garnish with peach slices or basil
