Spicy Sweet Apple Sausage and Lemongrass Fried Rice

SPICY SWEET APPLE SAUSAGE AND LEMONGRASS RICE

Instructions:
1. Sauté onions, scallions, shallots, red chili peppers and lemongrass in unrefined Saffi Saana Avocado Oil and organic ketchup.
2. Then add @traderjoes Sweet Apple Sausage to bring out the flavor before adding some sweet organic corn and season with salt and garlic powder. The fragrant addition of lemongrass plus the sweet & sour ketchup really paired well.
