SAFFI SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

6 Mini Sweet Peppers, chopped in 1-inch pieces
1 Sweet Yellow Onion, Sliced
1/3 cup Saffi Foods Dark Balsamic
1/4 cup Organic Ketchup
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
 4 Tbsp Rock Sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Sauté ingredients together, then add washed, cooked and rinsed spare ribs (or tofu for vegan option) until well mixed. Serve with steamed rice.

SAFFI MUHAMMARA (Red Pepper Sauce)
1 cup pepitas
3 large roasted red bell peppers
¼ cup Saffi Foods Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp chile flakes
2 tbsp Saffi Foods Dark Balsamic 
½ tsp. paprika
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor

 SAFFI PESTO
2 cups basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Saffi Foods Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp nutritional yeast for vegan option) 
3 tbsp Saffi Foods Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor
 SAFFI BALSAMIC VINEGARETTE
2/3 cup Saffi Foods Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Saffi Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Saffi Foods Apple Cider Vinegar
1 shallot
2 tsp of hot mustard
Salt and black pepper
